Shipping charges will be added to your invoice after the order is processed, and your total will be adjusted accordingly on your invoice. Diamond charges actual cost shipping rates.

Diamond Medical Supply uses FedEx as our primary shipping provider. Standard FedEx rates are only available in the continental US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii). Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Any orders made after 3:00 PM EST will not be shipped until the following business day, item availability permitting. Saturday shipping is not available. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Please note that we consider delivery to be made once confirmation is received from our carrier. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to secure items once delivery is confirmed by FedEx. We are not responsible for items lost or missing once confirmation is received.
If your order meets delivery requirements and is in local delivery radius, your items will be delivered by Diamond driver or by a bonded courier service.
